Your AI foundation
Pick one tool and give it a memory of your business — so every answer comes back like it already works for you.
Why this matters
Generic AI gives generic answers. The owners who get real results do one thing differently: they tell the AI who they are once, and reuse it every time. That one page is the difference between "write me a marketing post" and "write a post for my business, in my voice, for my customers."
Step 1 — Pick one tool (don't shop around)
Choose Grok, Gemini, or Claude and get the paid plan. That's it. The paid version is smarter and it pays for itself the first afternoon you use it. Resist the urge to sign up for ten tools — one is your AI employee for now.
Step 2 — Build your business context file
Fill in one page covering: what you do, your services and prices, who your customers are, your service area, your tone of voice, what makes you different, and anything AI should never say. Grab the ready-made template on Resources.
Step 3 — Use it every time
Paste your context file at the top of any new chat before you ask for anything. Ten seconds of paste turns every answer from generic to yours.
Do it with AI
Interview me one question at a time to build a one-page "business context file" I can paste into future chats. Ask about what I do, my services and prices, my customers, my service area, my tone, what makes me different, and anything you should never say. When done, output the finished file cleanly formatted.
