Delegate to AI
Turn the things you do over and over into repeatable workflows — so they get done the same way every time, with or without you.
Why this matters
A prompt saves you an hour once. A workflow saves you that hour forever — and lets an employee do it to your standard. This is how you stop being the bottleneck: you write down how you do something once, and AI helps you and your team run it every time after.
Step 1 — Turn a task into an SOP
Pick one recurring task. Have AI interview you about it one question at a time, then spit out a clean, numbered checklist a new hire could follow. You just turned knowledge in your head into a system on paper.
Step 2 — Build a reusable prompt for it
For any task you'll repeat, save the prompt with the instructions baked in and blanks to fill. Keep a simple doc of your best prompts. That doc becomes your company's AI playbook.
Step 3 — Hand it off
Give an employee the SOP plus the saved prompt. Now they can produce owner-quality work without asking you. You review the output, not do the work. That's real delegation.
